I strongly recommend Taylor Graham as an excellent Physical Therapist who is highly capable, beyond competent, and able to drive excellent outcomes in working with her patients. Her strong background and experience shows through with the highly effective physical therapy strategies that she employs. I had a total knee replacement surgery in August, 2023 and went to Taylor for pre-op and post-op physical therapy. I attribute the ease of recovery from my procedure largely to Taylor's expertise in driving results. In addition, she has great social skills in interacting with people and is able to address their unique needs. Through Taylor's guidance, I have exceeded expectations in recovering from the knee replacement procedure. I've seen Mandie for about a decade and she's always provided top-notch first-class observant and meticulously accurate treatment and exercises. In one instance she took away years of tingling and numbing problem of my right arm, I even bought arthritis cream from Costco thinking it's just old age (in my 40s) with one simple exercise. Beat out all the docs, chiropractor, misseuse after years of mystery. She's always professional, cheerful, helpful, personable, and extremely insightful. The office staff is friendly, they'd call monthly just as another months' appointment slots open to ensure we get our appointments in. My son who swims competitively goes to Mandie too and he asked about a pair of shoes he saw at the office and we got them at way below the MSRP cost and the shoe inset right at the office. A few times when we had to cancel, we donated 4 cans of food per cancellation and the fee was waived. Overall it's a wonderful environment and we recommend it with the highest rating.

I had a great experience at Lake Washington Physical Therapy! I worked with Jordan to manage my knee pain and he was both an excellent physical therapist and very kind and professional. He showed lots of empathy while still being direct and honest on what I needed to do to help my knee recover. Once again, I had a great experience there and I highly recommend!

Jordan was my physical therapist for a dislocated shoulder recovery. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of the concerns I had (e.g. expected recovery time and limitations of range of movement for each step of recovery.) He went into the details as needed, such as elaborating on the muscular structure of the shoulder and how each exercise helps with the recovery. His expertise greatly helped in my understanding of the recovery process. In a matter of weeks, I recovered enough to get my regular range of motion. By the time I finished my physical therapy journey, my dislocated shoulder was stronger than my other shoulder. To this day, the shoulder workout routine is part of my regular exercise regiment for both of my shoulders. Thank you Jordan for all the help you provided.
